I just have to show you the CUTEST valentine snack from yesterday… Definitely NOT the healthiest though-
Alright… now that I’ve shown you my indulgence… here’s TODAY!
This morning began with what ever I could find… I was in desperate need of some store time!
Then.. packed my big snack for my loooonggg tuesdays on campus:

Pineapple, Kashi bar, key lime pie fat free yogurt (which I'll never eat again because it has Aspartame in it), smartfood multigrain popcorn, and some nuts/dried fruit mix!
**Of course, that didn’t fill me up.. So, I stopped by the EUC (Elliot University Center) to grab a banana and some peanut butter!**
When I got home from campus I could only do 1 thing… GO TO THE STORE!!! Oh boy.. it was great! As you all know- I love the grocery store and taking my time to read labels and make sure that there are no horrid ingredients in what I consume!! Needless to say– I did not read the oreo label when I had some last night.. because if I would have… well, I would not have consumed them! But… I really have decided to be WAYYY more conscious about ingredients.. I mean, Indulging once in a while is quite important but I always want to be conscious of exactly what I am putting into my body!
So… After I put away the groceries I did a little home workout and then made some dinner:

SALAD time!!! Mixed romaine lettuce, yellow pepper, mushroom, cottage cheese, and a drizzle of orange poppy seed dressing.
*I had 3 stone ground crackers + avocado as well… and a bite of Haley’s amazing oven-baked-dill-covered potatoes!*
So… I’m off to do some homework and drink my “sleepy time tea”… Check out the message printed on the tea bag:
